Differing Lengths. Timbers were cut on site to fit existing bed lengths/widths.
8 months old - Oak will start to turn a silvery grey colour (rather than green with treated softwood).
Green Oak sleepers will outlast treated softwood, and are lined with plastic to protect from soil.
